APS ENGINEERS
Our APS engineering Staff are all degreed Engineers. Experienced in all the Hardware and Software design architectures. We prefer and excel at Controls Engineering and Management from start to finish.
DESIGNING & COMMISSIONING ETHERNET
APS engineers have proven success designing and commissioning Ethernet, DeviceNet and Profibus networks.
AUTOMOTIVE PLANTS
Several of our APS engineers have held roles of Resident and or Follow-up Engineers in Automotive Plants all throughout the United States and abroad.
DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Design & Engineering is our core competency and therefore done in-house. We use the latest engineering architecture and techniques to meet our Engineering targets.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT STAFF
In-house project management staff can manage all engineering and integration reporting processes. Our proven internal processes will fully define the process steps to Manage Risk to ensure we will successfully meet or exceed budget and timing constraints.
CONTROL PANELS & FIELD EQUIPMENT
Turnkey capabilities include: Hardware and Software design. APS can design and supply control Panels, and field equipment as required. Troubleshooting, On-site supervision, Start-up support, Training and Documentation.
QUALITY PROCESSES & ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESS
Our Quality Processes and Organizational process flow are in place to guarantee our ability to achieve the project targets and goals all within the defined schedule.
WELDING SYSTEMS
APS Engineering competencies include all welding systems, including Laser welding, Material Handling systems. APS conveyor expertise includes: AGV, Roller & Belt, Power and Free, Lifts and Transfer, Geo Pallets and Skid Systems.
SPANISH & ENGLISH SPEAKING ENGINEERS
APS currently has (6) Spanish / English-speaking engineers working on projects throughout Mexico and the US.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR
APS also has an active registration with the Government as a Government Contractor.
